We have both indoor and outdoor sites available. Our outdoor ceremony site includes beautiful mountain backdrops, a garden walkway and a beautiful pergola! Our indoor space is our state-of-the-art facility, with tall timber beams, floor to ceiling glass windows and chandeliers to set the mood. Either option will create the ceremony of your dreams!

What is the capacity of Bridlewoods Event Center?
Bridlewoods Event Center accommodates weddings for a max of 300 guests. Bridlewoods Event Center has a minimum requirement of 80 guests per booking.
Where can I have my ceremony?
We have both indoor and outdoor sites available, it includes beautiful mountain backdrops, a garden walkway and a beautiful pergola! Does the building have audiovisual equipment?
Bridlewoods event center offers audiovisual equipment which comes included with each package. This includes a state-of-the-art surround sound system, microphones, and built-in projection screens for all of your media and entertainment.

Are there accommodations close by?
There are many accommodations close by! A few accommodations include Hampton Inn on Lickman Road, Coast Hotel by Apa on First Ave Chilliwack and Vedder River Inn on Vedder Road. If you are looking for more accomodation ideas please contact your wedding planner!
Can I have a rehearsal prior to my wedding?
Yes, a rehearsal comes included with your package! Please note the rehearsal is booked for the week of your wedding, not the night before. Please contact your wedding planner for more details!
Can I decorate the facility?
Yes, you may choose to decorate the facility yourself, each package comes included with white garden chairs and round tables. We also have Fairytale Packages that come included with catering, décor and more! For more details contact us and discuss this option with your wedding planner!
Is there a bar available?

Yes, parking is available and it’s complimentary with your wedding package.

Absolutely, we cater to all weddings and events, there is absolutely no judgement or discrimination of any kind.
Do you host more than one wedding at a time?
Bridlewoods Event Center is a private facility designed specifically for dream weddings. If you have booked our venue rest assured the space is your exclusively on the date of your celebration.
Does the building have air conditioning?
Yes, Bridlewoods Event Center is fully air-conditioned.
What time does the bar close?
Last call is at 11:30 PM, with the venue closing at 12:00 AM (Midnight)
Can we bring our own catering supplier?
Yes! Bridlewoods lets you set up your own catering and food if that’s what you prefer, caterers must be food safe and fully licensed. We also have special Fairytale Packages that come included with catering, and décor. You can discuss this option with your wedding planner!

Are you pet friendly?
If you want to include your furry friend for your special day we can coordinate this in our outdoor space for your ceremony! Although pets are allowed outdoors, please note that pets are not allowed inside the building at Bridlewoods Event Center.
